Working in collaboration with academies Aura has developed a wealth of experience in educational buildings and the impact they have on teaching and learning.
Our academy services include:
- Asset services – including condition surveys, insurance valuations and feasibility studies
- Planned maintenance – focusing on plant, buildings and equipment; reducing the likelihood of failure resulting in full or partial building closure
- Small works – a design and build service with significant experience transforming operational academy buildings
- Consultancy & professional services – including feasibility studies, design visioning, condition surveys, asset management, health & safety, fire risk assessments and project & programme management
- Capital grant funding – our team has significant experience working with DfE and EFA developing bespoke packages to secure capital grant funding. We have worked on Academies Capital Maintenance Fund (ACMF), Condition Improvement Fund (CIF), Building Improvement Fund (BIF), Priority Schools Building Programme (PSBP) and Targeted Basic Needs.
