Aura can procure the team relevant to your specific need, from designers, engineers and other consultants through to building contractors to construct the building and FM specialists to maintain the building on completion. Our supply chain has a wide range of experience working together to ensure project risks are managed effectively
- Project Cost Control – From setting the budget to settling the final account, we understand the need to demonstrate value for money to our clients at various stages of a project. At the outset, Aura can assist in identifying and submitting funding applications using our early cost advice which is validated using the involvement of our construction supply chain partners. Cost checks and benchmarking are regularly carried out through the design development and pre-construction stages. Where the client requests changes, these are dealt with swiftly ensuring the programme is not delayed
- Construction Monitoring and Compliance – Through the construction stage, regular and effective communication between Aura and the client results in a ‘no surprise’ environment where any issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner, including minimising disruption to the client’s business (if appropriate) and preparing a client for handing over the completed project
