THE BIOSPHERE
Aura were appointed by Newcastle City Council to deliver property management services for The Biosphere from November 2018 – June 2022.
The Biosphere building is a living laboratory containment level 2 space where solutions can be tested, demonstrated and commercialised; creating a lasting legacy of science, innovation and economic growth for the North East.
The Biosphere is owned by a long-term partnership between Newcastle University and Newcastle City Council.
Aura provides a fully comprehensive provision to ensure a fully functioning service is adhered to.
Services include;

- Events Management
- Tenant Management
- Adhering to occupancy levels
- Tenant Liaison
- Day to day running of the facility
- Administration Services
- Contract Management of the FM delivery
