- Asset services – including condition surveys, insurance valuations and feasibility studies
- Small works – a design and build service with significant experience transforming operational school buildings
- Consultancy & professional services – including design, engineering, quantity surveying, health & safety, fire risk assessments and project & programme management
- Capital grant funding – our team has significant experience working with DfE developing bespoke packages to secure capital grant funding
All of our services are designed to meet the individual needs of schools and can be delivered on a small, medium or large scale basis and also across clusters of schools. The latter provides schools with the added strategic benefit of improving economy and efficiency.
